Reflections on Our Group Sessions

Try looking at the movements of your body as the most optimal possible expression of health. We move in the way our body has managed to adapt to the condition of the internal organs. Posture is often the body’s most convenient strategy for allowing the inner organs to function.

Today we worked with the internal organs: we listened, we gave them space to be heard, and we allowed them to express what they had long been holding back. Work like this always feels magical to me. The outside world beyond the room starts resonating with what the group is doing inside.

Life from the outside world presses through every crack: neighbours’ children squeal, toy cars buzz, people laugh. Life is in full swing, and we continue.
