Yulia Grigorova Yoga & Ayurveda

“Medicus curat, natura sanat” — “Medicine treats, nature heals.”

Our task is not to search for imperfections, fix and straighten ourselves, or become “symmetrical.”

The essence is to discover your nature and express it by finding your own rhythm, your own pace, your own Life. Welcome.

What Changes as a Result of Practicing with Me:

Basic Level

(what is felt right away)

— the body begins to “come alive”
— greater sensitivity and connection appear
— breathing becomes deeper and calmer
— excess tension falls away
— a sense of slowing down appears

the first entry point:
“it became easier for me”

Middle Level

(what comes with time)

— an inner sense of support appears
— you begin to hear your needs more clearly
— the level of anxiety and tension decreases
— the body stops being an “object” and becomes part of you
— the ability to regulate your state appears

here it is already:
“I begin to understand myself”

Deep Level

(what people truly value you for)

— a sense of wholeness returns
— trust in yourself appears
— life begins to align with its own rhythm
— inner conflict decreases
— more precise, calm decisions appear

this is already:
“I am returning to myself”

What My Students Say About Practicing with Me

Studying with Yulia was multi-dimensional and deeply enriching. After yoga and breathing practices, I began to feel my body better and hear its needs more clearly. Constellation work helped me trust others and myself more, and gave me a very clear understanding of the need to rely on my inner knowing. Overall, after this journey I became more conscious in my actions and decisions, and began to pay more attention to my body and emotional experiences. I brought new practices into my daily routine. I can say that a renewal happened. With gratitude.
Yulechka, until the very end I could not believe that space could begin to open differently after the work we did together. You sensed so precisely where and how to notice the disruption in my perception of ancestral structure. I am incredibly grateful to you for these transformations in my life, in my environment, and, most importantly, in my mind.
Dear Yulenka! I am writing this review with great pleasure. Your classes have become one of the most precious gifts in my life. After five years of practice, I can say with complete confidence: you offer simple, accessible exercises that anyone can do. You explain everything in a way that makes it clear why I am doing it and what it is for. And most importantly, you gave me a sense of my body as a whole. It is an incredible feeling. Gradually I began to perceive the world and people differently. The boundaries between "bad" and "good" started to dissolve. A feeling of acceptance appeared, and life began to glow with different colors. A gentle attitude toward myself, other people, and the world arose. Practice moved from the mat into life, and now I simply enjoy the movement of my body, whether it is a walk or even picking apples in the garden. I am endlessly grateful to you for being who you are and for sharing your knowledge.
Dear Yulia, I want to share this. Over the course of a year, yoga classes (at least two hours a week) became a regular practice that brought a whole spectrum of good emotions and thoughts. I began to feel my body more, its individual parts. I started to include breathing practices, facial massage, and foot massage in my daily routine. A feeling appeared that yoga is an extraordinarily broad, deep, and powerful practice and system of knowledge. I admire the flexibility of the classes, the ease of your teaching, and the natural way you weave different kinds of knowledge into the process. Thank you so much for the meditation with the ancestors and for the trataka practice. With gratitude.
Thank you for the guidance on working with the kidneys. Please tell me how else I can support their recovery. Am I right in understanding that this includes reducing the load, normalizing sleep, following a vata-dosha diet, and breathing into the back body? As for the breathing practice, I really like it. I had known about its benefits before, but I had never encountered such motivation and such clear instructions for moving into this type of breathing. I am still learning, observing myself, and making adjustments. It increases awareness and aligns posture even in everyday situations, for example on a bicycle or when I lift the children. There are days when I cannot include the practice. I feel inner fatigue and resistance. But after such days, a breakthrough comes: the pain in my lower back decreases significantly. I am very grateful for the classes. Thank you for the knowledge, wisdom, support, and inspiration.
