Once every six months I create online trainings like this.
Of course, each one is different in its content, because life does not stand still. We change, our requests change, our tasks change, and so do the ways we interact with the world.
✨ This time we will talk, practice, and explore the theme of connection with oneself. The theme of trust. The theme of how to be yourself not only when everything is going well, but also when there is fatigue, doubt, or the need to change something or make decisions.
The days of the Summer Solstice are a special time. A time when energy becomes more abundant. And what matters is not only where we direct it, but also the way we do it.

In this practicum we will work through the body, breath, movement, and gait.
We will explore our habitual ways of responding, learn to sense ourselves more clearly, and notice both our resources and our limitations.
