Systemic constellations hold a special place in my work. This method makes it possible to reveal unconscious processes and allow blocked energy to follow its own nature. It helps uncover the hidden connections behind recurring life patterns, difficulties in relationships, inner conflicts, and emotional states.
It allows space to be given to feelings that have been held back, to acknowledge them, and to make them visible.
This remarkable method beautifully conveys, at the level of the Field, the idea that "everything is connected to everything": when every part of the body is connected to the whole body, when each member of a family influences the dynamics of the lineage, and when each of us is part of a larger informational field.
